In today's world people are left with no choice but to get savvy. To create not just a plan B, but now a C & D as well. This takes serious consideration, concentration, time, effort, planning, preparation and quite a bit of do diligence. There are a lot more Multi-Millionaires and Billionaires then there were 25 years ago, however statistics prove that only 7 to 10 % of the human population and world are that today. Out of the 7 to 10 % today that are the Millionaires and Billionaires 1/2 of those are Entrepreneurs or Large Corporate owners. Which means at one point and time they too were not successful and had extensive training, went to seminars, had a coach or mentor, lots of trial and error, but they got the training and did what it took to do what they had to do to get there.
I have spoken to thousands and Coached/ Mentored hundreds and have been hired by many employers and business owners to speak to their employees and staff. Change is a must, but knowledge and action have to follow. How does one do that? How does one uncover their niche? A niche is one of the single most difficult things to dig down deep and find and then learn in full how to make money at that. This is one of the big things that I teach, coach, mentor and do seminars on. One of many.

ReplyDeleteI was an employee at a company that you came in and spoke as a special speaker and success coach. For weeks we all talked about you when you left. In a good way of course. We have seen other speakers and motivators, but you seemed to motivate us in a way no one else has. You spoke about a niche with in, and how to think outside the box in a way I could finally understand. I no longer live in California, I am now out in Michigan. But I took so many notes at that meeting that day. I will never forget you, if you ever come to Michigan for a seminar I will be in the front row with all my friends and family. YOu are a life changer. I took what you taught and ran with it. I now run my own company, one I thought of the day I met you. YOU have a gift and a niche for this. i saw your blog and had to write to tell you how things turned out. God put you in this for a reason. I came out from Florida to see my cousin and she said lets go to this seminar, your seminar. I was aboslutely blown away. It was like 3 hrs long, but never got boring, I have never heard anyone talk about or cover all you did and you totally know all about this market and what is going on with what you call everyones jobs. My cousin hired you and you did exactly what you told her you would. Wow why does know one else know this stuff? Why are you the only one that knows this all? And why are you the only one helping the real foreclosure victems? We need you in Florida really bad, can you do it there, can you help my friends out here. I found your blog online, I was googling and one thing led to another, but I stumbled on to this and you Miss Kris Holmes. I did not know who you were until i took time to read this and what you have written in your blog. I will say my hat is off to you and not only are you a career woman, but a career woman with a passion for life and people. I believe if you knew this George Sodini, i actually believe you would have really done anything in your power to help him and save his life and that would have helped the others live as well. All through what you actually do for a living and career. I am impressed that you actually took the time to write about it. I also checked into who you are since I had never heard of you, it was not co=incident that I found you, I have now read everything on the internet about you, and lady you are pretty knowledgable, and have this area down. I am in need of your help, I realize you are not servicing my area at this time to help me with my real estate problems, but I could use you on helping me find my niche. There are a ton of Georges out there, and if they would have found you, the tragedies just could have been prevented.
