Seize the Day! Well the year is now 2010, twenty ten! Wow! Where has the time gone? Boy does time fly. I spoken to so many people in my career as a Success Coach! A lot of greatful people that finally crossed over in to financial freedom. However, there are so many that are just stuck. They have no direction and range from, minimum wage employees all the way to CEO's and Managers of Corporations.

I have heard it all, I can tell you that. I was working the other day on one of my inventions and stopped to take a quick coffee break and picked up Money magazine and read an article that drew me in and broke my heart and at the same time warmed my heart. It still chokes me up to this minute. It is a story of a couple that were making large $ and living off very little. They were living above their means and everything just felt stuck, no matter what they did. I could see so much from just this article, the unread and untold, however the article made it clear to me what was really going on.

This could be because of what I do as a speaker and success coach, but I just paid very close attention to their story. This couple is trying to figure it out and on the right path. I would have bit more advice for them if I could speak with them, that could help. They are getting some help, but I would keep them motivated and encouraged on the path that they have taken. They want to be financially free with out an employer and do this self employed so they have time to spend with their kids. The hours on their jobs did not work out for them even though they made so much money and living the life they thought they wanted. But spending more than they made as so many are, no matter what you are making today. It is easy to do.

There has to be a better way right? Well there is, but you 95% of the nation needs a coach to find this and get unstuck. That is where I come in. I have helped a lot of people in my years at this. I love seeing people get it and feel terrible, because not everyone does, but could. I will continue to drive people to success and find in life what they were meant to be in life.

These five factors will always be around and a major concern no matter what the economy is like. I personally believe in God and find him number one. That does make ones life perfect by any means, however, it gives you the strength and faith to handle the bigger picture head on. Understanding or really trying to understand and remain open will help one go a long way.

Not everyone has a Family or kids, but it is important to raise your children with values and teach them how to make it once they are raised and gone from home with careers (hopefully) of their own. Finances / Career are right below God to me. Money gives one choices. It is not all there is to life by any means, but a vital necessity in life. We all need a healthy Career of some sort. Doing what we love and making a great living at it. Finding your niche or niches in life. I teach and coach that into existence for you and making that happen. It is the single most difficult thing one will find and do in life as we know it and proven by statistics. Absolutely a fact and must know.

At least 90 % of society as statistics have proven will not have the strength or knowledge to live out their lives in a way that only people dream of. Dream big, and do it, you absolutely CAN. It takes learning something new, being open, a coach, thinking outside the box, work, guts, stick to it iveness, passion, love for it, will power, knowledge, due diligence and drive. A zest, finding joy in your journey, a coach, a mentor, what ever it takes, to take care of you and the dream and desire of your heart at hand.

Health is a given, you can be healthy. We can lose weight, we can eat right, we can take vitamins. Again will power, the right choices and due diligence all tell us that we have to take care of this one and only body and mind that we will ever have. Being of sound and a healthy mind helps you understand more and make the right decisions. Do not get me wrong, no body is perfect, but we can all strive to be better. Better people, better choices with better lives. Healthier. Working out, is a big stress reliever and makes one feel better, but you again must stick to it. Stick to it iveness is not easy, that is the difference between success and lack of. If someone asks you to go the extra mile go two, it is a sense of accomplishment for you, not them. They may not even notice or care, but you will. You get the sense of, I can do it. I can do it. That can lead you to confidence and bigger and better things in life.

Real Estate has been around for ever. One has to have a place to live, whether you rent or own. Everyone can own. Many have made mistakes and continue to do so. Again with a savvy coach and mentor you can prevent this from happening (Real Estate in one of the largest investments one will ever make). It matters. Real Estate, Foreclosures & Bankruptcies!

What to do? Is it just California? No... however Central California is #1 in foreclosures. All of San Joaquin County plus surrounding Counties as well, as far as Bakersfield & Los Angeles (So Cal), Bay area and the Sacramento Area (No Cal). Other States have been hit as well, Las Vegas & parts of NV., Arizona, Texas, Michigan, Florida and many other states that had the rise and fall. What a rise and fall we had. It has gone into much more than just Real Estate fall, unfortunately it effects many things in our Country. Large & small business keep shutting their doors or selling their falling business, hoping someone will buy. Meanwhile the Government keeps doing bail outs to the huge Corporations as they merge soon after. Large Corps keeps buying dying Corps and taking on their debt as the Gov't cuts them another check. We can not keep printing money the US does not have. That continues to keep us in debt with other countries we borrow from.

However, my company Real Estate Rescued (RER) Consulting and Loan Doc Analysis does something like no other company out there. We save you from foreclosure. No one has told you the truth out there and regardless what you read, loans are not being made and foreclosures are on the rise. Wouldn't you like a choice and option whether you will foreclose or not. Whether you will do a bankruptcy or not. In todays world and the fall of peoples hard work and successes. People are losing their homes, their jobs, their careers and their families. It is the great depression and recession all over again. People need help today. Serious help! What do they do, where do they go for help? Several people and companies have taken advantage of their losses and down falls. People do not know who to trust and now have lost thousands in the process.

You Must re-invent your self. One must find out what to do in todays crisis. People either walking away and looking for regular jobs or just giving up with no sense of direction. I teach you how to not only find your niche, but to capitalize on it. A lot of people have more than one niche. 95% of the public today has no idea how to make money in a good environment let alone a bad one. I teach and coach you on just how to either re-invent your self and / or figure out what you need to or should be doing to prosper and get ahead and the blueprints to get you there.

How does one go about that? That is the single most important thing to one can figure out and hurdle. If you can figure that out, that is the beginning of true and real success. You must have a plan b. If you do not, you stand to lose a lot. No one thought they would see what they have seen with the fall of Real Estate today, not to mention car dealerships and several other companies going under. Real Estate on many levels and Jobs have been lost. Businesses have closed and are still closing, or seriously down sizing.

You must have a plan B. I teach you how to do that. It is key to learn this have a coach, stay motivated and strike while your iron is hot. If you cool off once you discover what you want to do and find out how to do it, you must act. This plan takes knowledge, discipline and action. You will read and read and read up on how to do it, but you should have a coach to get there faster. I did so much on my own and that will only take you so far. There is a lot of waisted time and it could take several years if you can maintain and go the full distance to see your dreams come to pass.

As a life Coach I help you obtain your dreams quickly. Provide you with a game plan, blueprint and uncover the single most hardest thing one will try to find to help make them successful in life. Why not be part of that 5 to 10 % of the Nations population to obtain the true success that you deserve and desire to have. Money gives you choices. Our country is in debt do not count on that to help you anytime soon or in the near or far future. The old saying is "If it is meant to be, it is up to me." That still hold true. Only you can change your life and take control.

Tragedy could have been stopped

There are many tragedies and many blessings. On August 4, 2009 a 48 year man George Sodini went into a health club at 8 pm and took the lives of some women in a fitness class at 8 PM. Then killed himself and posted all of this in a blog well before leading everyone to the day the disaster and devastation would be taking place. Changing everyone involved lives forever. This could have been prevented... (maybe). Never the less, could someone have shown this man compassion and Gods love to turn him around? I believe there may have been hope. He was a good looking man that could have been anyone in life and anything he would have wanted to be. However, he felt alone and was angry at women and the world. This whole thing was a Tragedy. Now we suffer the loss of some brave precious people because of this horrific accident.

All this leads me to another scenario, if he was smart enough to blog and Savvy on a computer, he could have really done something of value with his life. He was an angry man, an angry man that cost innocent people their lives and several injuries. Unnecessary death and injuries and trauma for the rest of their lives or a time at the least. I would like to say I am sorry to those injured and those that did not survive. I would have welcomed the challenge to make a difference and change this one person as a success coach, consultant & problem solver, which just may have spared the innocent lives of others. We have to forgive and it does not come easy, but we can learn from a tragedy and all do our part to make this world a better place and reach out, care and help some one and touch some bodies life.

As a Success Coach / Mentor, I look at the full spectrum and picture of the whole scenario and problem solve it and fix it. Some things may never be found or fixed, however God gave us all some sort of talent, gift or niche and I teach you how to look deep with in to find that and then how to do something about that, how to be happy at what you do, how to switch gears and do it differently, or better, or just do it, exercising self examination, no one to blame, a much different and better way to look at the over whelming problem at hand. How to look at the world differently, with a positive eye. This man saw women in a bad light and acted on an insane thought. I show everyone the good, their niche or niches, how to be a better person and live your dream. George could blog, computer savvy, needing come guidance. At the same time, did no one read his blog and tell the authorities?

It is easier for some one to take you out of the school of hard knocks, help just makes it easier and gets you to where you need to be years faster. This saves you time, money, heart break, head aches, stress which leads to health problems and keeps your energy and spirits lifted in the process. How to have joy in the journey, not to make excuses and be proactive. It starts with you, adapting, a willingness to want something better, a thought, a niche, a passion, action, how to find what you need to get to where you need to go with your newly found niche. Or a niche that has always been there and now uncovered.

This was a tragedy yesterday, I would have loved to be Georges Success Coach and did all I could to turn that around and in to the worlds best blessing. God bless the families of the precious ones we lost, we share your pain and God bless the Survivors and may everyone do their part to help.

Another Large Company is going to close the doors.

Well here we are again, as I teach and expose in my seminars regarding, the Companies going under, the Banks hand in this whole ordeal, the housing crisis (foreclosures & the Banks) and the bail out which did not work to Wall street, Banks & other companies from the Gov't. That was not the answer. We do not have the money to bail out and burn here in the USA. This is a serious matter. There is their no end in site. None. We have IOU's in California because our state is broke and companies going under and merging that got a large sum of money from the Government bail out. Where does this end. Chase's earnings for the first quarter was over a 2 billion in revenue, they only lost 10% on their quarterly earnings, only 10 %, and got a 25 billion dollar bail out from our Government. This enrages me. They are buying up bad banks aka bad businesses. This is a bad thing... we can not keep writing off bad debt. Currency was spent. That makes this a hard dollar cost to our Country. Money we do not have. Such as the housing industry. We can not see another home go to foreclosure, but we will. The Government is not done with spending, the large and small businesses will continue to fold or merge and if they fold someone else acquires their bad debt and will get another large write off and could instantly weaken that company setting it up for another large fall and we the people are watching our countries checkbook go seriously over drawn and we could owe more money that we do not have. In today's world people are left with no choice but to get savvy. To create not just a plan B, but now a C & D as well. This takes serious consideration, concentration, time, effort, planning, preparation and quite a bit of do diligence. There are a lot more Multi-Millionaires and Billionaires then there were 25 years ago, however statistics prove that only 7 to 10 % of the human population and world are that today. Out of the 7 to 10 % today that are the Millionaires and Billionaires 1/2 of those are Entrepreneurs or Large Corporate owners. Which means at one point and time they too were not successful and had extensive training, went to seminars, had a coach or mentor, lots of trial and error, but they got the training and did what it took to do what they had to do to get there.

I have spoken to thousands and Coached/ Mentored hundreds and have been hired by many employers and business owners to speak to their employees and staff. Change is a must, but knowledge and action have to follow. How does one do that? How does one uncover their niche? A niche is one of the single most difficult things to dig down deep and find and then learn in full how to make money at that.
